They had a lot of active young members of the ward invite nonmember friends and get together for a night of music.. It was a lot of fun. Elder Wilkey and Sackett sang a number of spiritual songs and invited the youth to feel the spirit from the music. They had different youth perform numbers they had prepared. And it was part of our multicultural weekend because two of the friends were from India and brought some Indian instruments and played some very authentic Indian sounding songs. It was a great turnout. A young sister that is being baptized this Saturday was there and also sang.
Elder Wilkey sang "Joseph Smith's First Prayer"
Elder Sackett wrote some original songs about feeling the spirit and asking soul searching questions.
