OFFICE STAFF HEROS

On Wed. July 1st we went to the mission office located in Burke, just about 10 minutes from the house and met our heavenly office staff.  Elder and Sister Fuller and Elder and Sister Cordner.        They do a superb job of taking care of the countless things it takes to run a mission.  We loved them from the moment we met them.  We already knew the Cordners from Las Vegas.  They have been good friends for over 20 years and we consider it a blessing to have them come and work with us here in DC.  We had our first office Meeting.  They are held each Wed morning and are lots of fun.  The Assistants and office Elders are also there to keep us all in line.  This is a pictures of these 4 missionaries outside of the office with Pres Albright. Elder Fuller served in the SLC Temple presidency and loved by everyone,  He is known as the CarCzar.  Taking care of over 50 cars can be more than full time.  Sister Fuller mans the front desk and has countless duties including the mail which arrives in crates each day, letters, phones, charts, etc.  Elder Cordner is our finance man, and Sis Cordner is the Referral Master.  All 4 of them work long long hours and we love them dearly.  Each week after meetings we have lunch at the office.  The sweet sisters take turns making it and I feel rather spoiled.
Our Assistants and office Elders are the greatest.  We couldn't get along without them.  They really are incredible.  Elder Ganaway and Gifford are the Assistants and really put in hours and hours planning and teaching and being examples to all the missionaries.  They are master teachers and trainers and put together all our meetings and conferences.  Our office Elders, Elder Brunstad and Elder Robbins are at our beck and call. They man all the technical stuff.  Elder Brunstad is able to fix anything and poor guy gets called all hours of the day and night to come and help us.  They lift and carry and clean and treat me like a queen. They have the kindest dispositions are happy and smile all the time.  We love our 4 Elders.
