ELDER HALE SPEAKS AT SACRAMENT AT THE JAMBOREE. Pres. Albright didn't know he was going to sit on the stand. Wish he hadn't left his jacket in the car. Pretty funny, this made the Church news. Oops! Elder Hales gave a great talk about "This is the time of preparation for the Decade of Decision". It was very powerful and I enjoyed every word of it.
My FAVORITE VISITORS. Nephews Steven and Spencer Bleazard. These are my sisters boys and I was so happy to see them. They are here from St George, Utah. Both are great young men and I am so proud of them.
SACRAMENT MEETING AT THE NATIONAL SCOUT JAMBOREE - AUG 1, 2010
We had a remarkable experience.Went to the Jamboree again on Sunday morning for a Sacrament mtg of all the LDS boyscouts. There were between 3500 and 4000 scouts in attendance. They filled a large grassy bowl area. The weather was a little cooler than it had been most of the week. Elder Hales of the Twelve was there presiding and to speak. The whole General Young Men's Presidency was also there. After the Sacrament Mtg we went to a building in Fredericksburg and had a luncheon for Elder Hales and guests. It was really fun. We got to sit with Elder Hales and Pres. & Sis Tingey from the DC temple and Pres and Sis. Erickson and Kitchens. This was held at Pres Kitchens stake and hosted by him. We had a delightful time visiting. He and the Tingeys told us many funny stories about traveling to Africa and all the exciting things that happened to them there.

We saw lots of friends at the Jamboree. This is Todd Moody from Las Vegas
This is a scout from our home ward. Bro Larsen. He is so much taller and older than when we left. It was fun to see someone from home. And so fun to have him come and visit with us.
