OAKTON ZONE CONFERENCE Jan 15, 2010

Oakton Zone conference was held Fri, the 15 of January. I was not able to attend this conference, but Pres told me it was wonderful as the rest. The zone leaders are Elders Sill and Giraud-Carrier. They gave a presentation comparing missionary work to fishing because we are fishing of men. They went into great detail about changing the bait, changing the location, changing the time of day that you fish, changing the type of bait and other things like leaving your hook in the water longer. Pres. said it was very effective. Another great Zone leader presentation. And the Assistants presentation continues to be really inspiring. Zone members include: Sisters Baxter and Carpenter, and Elders (they are too small to see)
Sill, Giraud-Carrier, Loar, Brazell, Packer, Clinger, Scharlling, Butcher, Wilkinson, Hoffer, Kirkham, Hansen, Jeppesen, and Peterson. Also pictured: Elders Ross, Bell, Scoble, Johnson and President Albright

What a great set-up. The tables in a square made it really great for visiting. Starting with the sisters: Carpenter, Baxter, Forsberg, Kirkham, Hansen, Clinger, Kirkham, Butcher, Loar, Packer, Ross, Bell, Scoble, Wilkinson, Hoffer, G-C, and Sill.
