Day 5 Inspections-Oakton Zone-9-09

We got up bright and early this morning and headed for the Oakton Zone.  It was a beautiful day. Only about 70 degrees.  Just perfect.  The first stop was at this Member's townhome. The Hosang family shares their home with Elders Elton and Langi.  They have one room with the beds, desks, and a couch.  The other room is used as a weight room.  These two Elders smile a lot.

Elder Langi showing me a scrapbook.
The whole group before we depart for the next dwelling.
2nd stop--The Parc Reston Complex.  The inspection team marching up the walk.
4 Elders live here: Elders Stimpson, Strong, Lutz, and Loar. These 4 had cleaned so well, even the window tracks had been vacuumed out.  Exalted Job! And the toilet paper was folded in a little point like the hotels.  CLASSY!
Altogether at the Parc Reston

Waterside Apartments--stop #3.
Elder Bowman gives us a royal welcome.
Elders Bowman, DeNoronha, Caresia, and Hoffer.

We didn't get a picture of the front of this stop, but this is the back yard of the member's home.
They enter their apartment from the back door. I hope they don't spend too much time in the hamock.
Elders Packer and McFarlane.  They admitted that the cleaning lady had been there this morning.  But their stuff was very organized and they had cleaned the fridge, oven, etc and done a great job.

Our 5th stop was at a 3rd member's home.  The Hawks family shares this beautiful place with our Elders Jones and Bullock. Their entrance is also in the back.

Elder Holmgren and Gifford in the back yard.
Elder Holmgren in the lovely living room.
Elders Jones and Bullock. They keep plastic all over the floor to keep the carpets clean.
This yard had an amazing tree with ivy growing clear to the top.  It was beautiful.
Sisters Glauser and Jordan strolling in the flower garden at their place.
All of us in front of the wall paper garden in the sisters bedroom.  This is the most colorful house you have ever seen. Bright pink, torquoise, lime green, gold, walls.  All very vibrant and artsy.  The Pain family shares their home with our sisters.  Sis. Pain is a musician and it is really fun for the sisters to live here.

This is Sister Glauser in the pink room where they study.
