We drove from the transfer meeting to the temple with our departing missionaries: Elder Shapiro and Elder Wiggins and his family. Elders Gannaway and Gifford also accompanied us. This is a really special time each 6 weeks and I am excited that we have a time set aside to attend. It's also a wonderful way to spend the last day with our departing missionaries. They all love it. Pres. and I were the witness couple. It's been years since we have done that. We stopped by the temple Presidents office on our way out and visisted for a few minutes. His name is President Tingey (from the Presidency of the Seventy). His wife is a cousin of President Albright's mother. (An Earl) We headed home from the temple for a big meal again. This time the office couples have come and put the meal in the oven for me. We had chicken tortilla cassarole and the rest of the works. There were 16 of us. After dinner we had a special little fireside here at the mission home and heard stories about their missions and favorite conversions and testimonies.
