Apartment Inspections-Day 4 Woodbridge

Today, Tuesday, September 15, was the 4th day of apartment inspections.  I am so impressed with all the efforts of these wonderful missionaries.  These are pretty old (10 yr) apartments and the carpets and furniture is quite worn : but our missionaries clean them up just beautifully.  They really put their hearts and muscles into making them look nice for us.  We have certificates they receive for how clean they look.  So far we have only given Celestial Certificates.  And our list of what has to be cleaned is quite lengthy.  Now, I have been told that if I surprized them inbetween the 6 month checks I would be find it a little different.  But that's OK because every 6 months they look great.  The fridges are spotless, the ovens and stoves shinning, and the bathrooms sanitized.  Even the walls have been scrubbed in most of them.  Some of them even rented carpet cleaners. (An Exaltaed Celestial Award).

Receive food and ye shall put it away; knock something over, and it shall be cleaned up.
Amen.

Next stop, same Apartment building was Sister Ferry and Sister Capps.
The lovely living room
The kitchen and study desk.
Two sweet sisters:  Ferry and Capps

The Misty Ridge complex parking lot.
3rd stop:  Elders Ozaki and Withers on the couch with Elder Gannaway
Woodbridge Zone Leaders: Elders Ozaki and Withers
Four roommates: Elders Wethington, Ozaki, Withers, and Hunt

This was a beautiful, pretty new apartment complex.
4th stop for the day:  Elders Ika, Bueno, Nelson, and Lyons.  Today is Elder Ika's birthday.

These 4  really live in a great place.  We could fit 8 missionaries here except it would be too fun.  They have 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.  And it has 3 levels.  They had put alot of hours into cleaning I was told.

5th inspection of the day:  Elders Beal, Benson, Mechling, and Wilkinson.  They had spent hours on the walls.  They had decorated with dozens of church pictures of temples and prophets and pictures of the Lord.  It was very nice.

5th stop of the day.
Elder and Sister Fuller.  They also live in Woodbridge.  We did not inspect there home. We were invited to come have lunch with them.  And it was a wonderful treat.  We just love the couple.  They are incredible missionaries.  We miss them in the office, but know their hearts are in proselyting.

At the door of the home they live in.
Elder and Sister Fuller live in the home of another couple who are on a mission somewhere else.  Works out great.
