Mission Home Heaven

I thought it would be fun to put some pictures of the interior of the mission home.  These are a few of some of  the ground floor.  It really is a lovely home, very warm and inviting.  We feel very comfortable and at home here.  You can see that we have added our families pictures  and made it reflect our family. The bulletin board is especially fun in the kitchen and I keep it full of family photos.  The kitchen is beautiful and the family room has lots of seating, a piano and nice brick fireplace.  You can see that the entry is really large and has a staircase where we are hanging ties from each of the missionaries as they leave the mission. They sign their name on the front of it.  I thought I would make a quilt after the mission. (Get ready Rhonda)  By the end of 3 years we will have all the banisters covered with ties.(great idea we got from the Wixoms) On either side of the front door are two dinning rooms that can sit between 10 and 14 each.  We have had a lot of BIG fun meals here already.  You're all invited to come see the house for yourself.  My friend, Joyce Haldeman was in town and came and saw and loved the house.  Thanks Joyce, it was great to see you.
