Record Baptisms

Our baptism schedule came out for the week and boy were we excited!  There are 14 baptisms planned for the next 5 days.  We are going to try to attend as many as we possibly can.  Tomorrow we are going to Mt. Vernon for one at 10:00, drive across the mission to Fredericksburg for 2 at 2:30 and then on to Stafford for 3  at 6:00.  Pretty exciting day.  I'll get pictures posted on Sunday.
Our missionaries are unbelievably talented. They love the gospel and teach with such knowledge and testimony.  I am amazed whenever I hear them or observe them interacting with investigators.  This morning Pres. Albright went with two Elders to a lesson.  He was just so impressed.  He couldn't believe how competent they were, how easily they could answer questions and how powerful they were at teaching and inviting and persuading the investigator
to pray for an answer and then to be baptized when she receives an answer. When the "bar was raised" for missionaries, it really did mean we now get the best.  We're so thankful for our latter-day warriors here in Washington DC South. We have our own Army of Washington.
